K9 Nose Work®

K9 Nose Work® is the fun scenting activity that virtually all dogs and their people can enjoy.

It's FUN!

K9 Nose Work® starts with getting the dogs excited about using their noses to seek out a favorite toy or treat hidden in one of several boxes.  As the dogs grow more confident finding rewards with their noses, the game expands to entire rooms, exterior areas and vehicles.  Advanced K9 Nose Work® focuses on increasing your dog’s skills, increasing the handler's skills, adding target odors and much more!

Every dog!

Every dog has the natural ability to succeed with K9 Nose Work®.

• Dogs with no prior training or dog sport experience find success early and often with K9 Nose Work® as their first activity.
• Shy, fearful or reactive dogs all love K9 Nose Work®, because dogs are always crated and separated and K9 Nose Work® games are always played one dog at a time.

• High energy dogs burn calories as they race around on the hunt.  Aging or disabled dogs can flex their brain muscles as they puzzle out the search at their own pace.

NACSW

The K9 Nose Work® journey can begin at any point in your dog’s life and last a lifetime!  The activity of K9 Nose Work® brings out the best in your dog and builds a closer relationship between the handler and the dog in ways no other dog sport or activity can.

If you and your dog are destined to face new and greater challenges together and experience the excitement of competition, K9 Nose Work® is also an organized titling sport with official trials across the nation.  To learn more about the sport of K9 Nose Work® visit the National Association of Canine Scent Work www.nacsw.net.
